Update your Personal Financial Website (at least 1 week before your appointment):<\/h4>\n

This is the most important thing you do to keep us up to date.\u00a0 First, you need to login and make sure that all of your (and you family\u2019s) personal and financial information is up-to-date.\u00a0 Next, you need to make sure that all of your outside account login information is current and functional.\u00a0 Finally, if we are doing financial planning for you, you\u2019ll need to make sure all of your financial planning information, goals, and assumptions are also up-to-date in the \u201cOrganizer\u201d tab.<\/p>\n

Bring any outside information that is not loaded into your Personal Financial Website:<\/p>\n

Such as:<\/p>\n

• Pension Estimates\/Statements.<\/li>\n
• Business Valuations or other major changes.<\/li>\n
• Significant changes to personal property.<\/li>\n
• Any important documents that you would like us to scan and place in your vault.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Give us a heads-up if there\u2019s anything new:<\/h4>\n

  • Reply to your Appointment Reminder email if there is anything new you would like us to have prepared for our meeting to give us a heads-up as soon possible before your appointment.<\/li>\n
  • Let us know if you need to cancel, at least 48hrs in advance:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We are here to serve you.\u00a0 To do this effectively we run a tight ship, and are usually schedule 2-3 weeks in advance.\u00a0 If you need to cancel, please give us enough leeway to offer your appointment slot to another client, so that we can be more efficient for everyone.<\/p>\n
